If we normal people with complete anatomy already have a hard time keeping up with certain physical activities, how much more if you lack one (or more) part of your body?
If you either blurred eyesight or only have one working eye, do you think you’d have the chance to become a pilot?
If you are mute, do you think you could sing a song that would make others hear and feel your emotions?
If you are lacking legs, do you think you could join in any kind of sports?
A lot of use would say “Yes” because we are aware how hard these would be to achieve and working twice as hard is not an attractive package to have.
But then we hear success stories of such. Of people lacking arm/s or leg/s and be able to go mountain climbing, of people who lost their eyesight but are able to paint masterpieces, of people continuing their passions despite their lack of certain body parts.
So I just despise people who make fun of disabled people or who just don’t believe in their potentials.
I found this video on youtube and great dances who have disabilities. One doesn’t lacks an arm, and the other lacks a leg. Yet, they were able to convey graceful and artful representation of their emotions through their dance and is indeed a thing to behold.
